Ramalingam Subramanian (Ram) is the Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications at CoinDCX. His primary focus has been to streamline the company's marketing and branding efforts to ensure business growth for CoinDCX. Ram has also been instrumental in driving crypto awareness campaigns such as #TryCrypto and #BitcoinLiyaKya across the country. With over 12 years of experience working across brands like Coca-Cola, TCS, Cipla, and now CoinDCX, Ram also ran a brand & marketing agency for four years. Besides his work accolades, he has been regularly on the jury of various Indian & International awards and panels at national events and forums. Ram enjoys teaching and is a guest lecturer at different top B Schools in India. Ram holds an undergraduate degree in Information Technology and a Master's Degree in Management from the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. Apart from work, he loves spending time working on his poetry and writing as a hobby.

With over 24 years of experience in advertising, media, and communications, Kushal has essayed leadership roles in print, digital, television, OOH, content, and also the invention of wireless and telephony revenue. Previously, Kushal was a founding member of the Rediff.com team in the early days of India’s internet space.

Prior to Firework, Jeff was the Global Head of Sales at Snapchat, running the entire sales division globally, leading it to record revenue growth. Before Snapchat, he was Head of Marketing & Partner Solutions at Viacom, leading cross-platform ad sales and integrated marketing for MTV, Nickelodeon, VH1, Comedy Central, etc. Jeff pioneered the launch of the award-winning integrated marketing and creative content division, Viacom Velocity, and spearheaded the Vantage data initiative. Prior to that, he was President of Ad Sales, Marketing, & Cross-Platform Initiatives for Universal Television Group/NBC Universal Cable Group. He also previously served as VP, Olympic Sales & Marketing for NBC, generating record sales for the 2000 Summer Sydney Games and 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Games.
